Typically projects start anywhere from 3-5 days or 2-3 weeks after a signed quote and payment confirmation depending on the project's size.
Once we've received your signed quote and payment confirmation our team gets started working behind the scenes to set your project up for success. This includes any potential internal project planning meetings, collecting onboarding assets, scheduling the project and deliverables in our project management system, and more. In order to ensure you have a great experience it's important for us to plan and coordinate internally before we jump on our Kickoff Call together.
Smaller projects are scheduled typically 3-5 days out unless communicated otherwise.
Larger projects are scheduled typically 2-3 weeks out unless communicated otherwise.
Your account manager will typically reach out 3-5 business days after your quote and payment confirmation are received.
Be sure to confirm:
- You have signed your quote
- Your payment was successful (you should've received a payment confirmation)
